3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing the tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 to 72 hours after the parcel leaves our facility.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please carefully review and confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Po Shing LEUNG cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address that is misspelled, incomplete, or incorrectly entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the cost of resending the item will be charged to the customer.

Should your order arrive with visible damage to the items or the outer packaging, please contact us promptly along with clear photos showing the condition of the products and the box.
